Tech TLC provides education, not technical support, IT services, or device repair. We do not troubleshoot individual devices, recover data, or provide live technical assistance unless explicitly agreed to in writing.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • Account access is for the registered user or authorized organization only.

Account sharing, credential redistribution, or unauthorized access is prohibited.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Payments

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

  • Pricing and plan details are displayed at the time of purchase.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access.
